My experience with Transtar was not so pleasant. The leather seats are mostly old and worn out and definitely didn’t look as nice as those shown on their website.
Maybe I am just unlucky, on my way back, the coach is same old. Neither did their video system work nor is the earphone on.
Unlike what they’ve advertised, they don’t provide Wi-fi connection and meal services are for First Class and Solitaire Classes only.
I was literally unsatisfied with their driver’s “super sense of customer service”…They are generally impolite.
